What happens next

No-Trespass Register
Every no-trespass warning the team has issued — who it covers, why, how long it runs, and which law enforcement agency was told. Leads and directors keep it, and a currently sworn officer can read it. These are named records about people who are not members, so this register is the record; when the people at the doors need to recognize someone, that is a BOLO.

§section 3 — the warning is reported to the local police or sheriff at the same time it is issued. It is the step most likely to be skipped, and skipping it is what makes the ban unenforceable.

Change the app passcodes and, when someone leaves the team, cut off their access. Admin only.
When a member leaves
- Change the passcode(s) that person knew below (usually the Team code; also Leads/Admin if they had those).
- Tap Sign everyone out now to end every session — a changed code alone doesn’t kick out someone already signed in until the next day. Phones already holding the app open are signed out the moment they next open it.
- Share the new code with the people who remain. The person who left can’t get back in.
Passcodes by campus
Change a passcode
Codes must be 4–64 characters and all must be different from each other. Changing a code takes effect the next time someone signs in.

Everyone still signing in with a shared passcode, so you know who is left to chase. Leads are listed first. Somebody counts as switched the first time they sign in with their own email — an account existing is not the same thing, since all 109 have had one since the start.

Who signed in with their own email, and when. Times are Eastern. Red is a failure, blue is a code going out. Passcode sign-ins are not recorded — a shared code cannot say who used it, which is the whole reason individual logins exist. Logging out is not recorded either: it happens on the phone and never reaches the server.
Force everyone to sign back in
This ends every active session right now — every member (including you) will have to enter their passcode again next time they open the app. Use it right after changing a code so a departed member is locked out immediately.

Everyone marked Always gets the report whether or not they are ticked — tick anyone else to add them. Send report emails it from the app with the PDF attached. A text cannot carry a PDF, so Text the team sends the summary and says where the full report went.
